What should I do immediately after an injury accident?
Get out of harm’s way and call emergency services if needed. Document the scene with photos and notes, collect witness contact information, and seek medical attention right away — even if your injuries seem minor.
How do I know if I have a valid personal injury claim?
Generally: you were injured, another party was negligent or at fault, their fault caused your injury, and you can show financial losses or personal suffering.
What types of compensation can I recover?
Past and future medical expenses, lost wages and earning capacity, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment of life, and punitive damages when applicable.
Should I settle, or go to trial?
A settlement is an agreement for compensation without a trial; at trial, a judge or jury decides. Most cases settle out of court to avoid the uncertainty and cost of trial — but we prepare every case to win in front of a jury.
What is a contingency fee?
You pay no attorney fees unless we recover money for you. Our fee is a percentage of the settlement or award, agreed upon in advance — no hourly billing.
How long do I have to file a claim?
