How often do you update your clients on the status of their case?

Keeping clients informed is a top priority in my practice. I understand that clients often experience anxiety and uncertainty during the legal process, which is why I strive to provide regular updates on the status of their case. Depending on the stage of the case and the urgency of developments, I typically aim to provide updates at least every two weeks. However, I am always available to address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, regardless of the scheduled update frequency. Open lines of communication are key to maintaining trust and ensuring that my clients remain active participants in their legal journey. My goal is to alleviate any unnecessary stress by providing comprehensive information, allowing clients to focus on their recovery and well-being.
