catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, employment disputes, assaults, bad faith insurance claims, and more. I enjoy the diversity of cases because I have a wide range of interests and love learning.

While I find all cases fulfilling, I'm particularly passionate about product liability cases. These cases involve technical and scientific aspects, complex causation, evolving regulations, and large-scale litigation, and have a significant impact on consumer safety. I haven't received any specific awards or certifications related to personal injury law, but I'm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation.

My approach to building strong client relationships is rooted in listening to their concerns, being transparent about their case, maintaining steady communication, showing respect, and providing support whenever needed. I also actively seek feedback from clients to continually improve my services. What sets me apart as a personal injury attorney in terms of client communication and care is the way I interact with clients. I strive to make them feel comfortable like they're talking to a family member or friend.

My commitment to helping injured individuals seek justice is driven by my background in nursing and experiences in clinical settings. Having seen the challenges of recovering from traumatic injuries up close, I approach my cases with empathy, transparency, and dedication. In handling personal injury cases and advocating for clients, I believe in being genuine and concise about our goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Within a team environment, I prioritize ensuring that everyone is aligned with the same goal and delegate responsibilities to maximize our efficiency. I'm always willing to lend a hand to my team members.

I often receive messages from clients after their cases have closed, reminding me of the dedication and involvement I had in their cases. These messages mean the world to me and reaffirm the impact of my work. While I'm not currently involved in community organizations or legal associations related to injury law, my background in sports, especially soccer, has taught me the value of teamwork, chemistry, and working towards a common goal. Additionally, my experiences with traveling have made me observant, understanding, and open-minded, which are valuable traits in the legal field.

Looking ahead in my legal career, I have several goals at LJU Law Firm, including optimizing our legal processes, managing cases meticulously, creating a supportive environment for our team members to grow, promoting diversity and inclusion, and achieving the best results possible for our client's cases.

I'm Andrea (Dray) Caceres, and my journey in the legal profession has been quite an adventure. It all started when I attended a magnet high school in Las Vegas, focusing on nursing, which exposed me to medical terminology and conditions. However, I realized that my true passion was in the legal field. So, I switched my major from nursing to criminal justice at UNLV.

While I was a full-time college student, I interned at a personal injury law firm to get a real taste of the legal field. Within two weeks, I was hired as a litigation secretary, and I later became a litigation paralegal. This experience allowed me to participate in trials alongside experienced attorneys, giving me valuable insights and expertise.

I've also ventured into California law briefly, gaining more experience in another state's civil procedure. But my heart was in Nevada law, so in January 2023, I joined LJU Law Firm, where I'm excited to work on Nevada and Utah cases.

The motivation behind joining LJU Law Firm was my history of working with exceptional attorneys, including James Urrutia. James and I previously worked together, and when I heard he had started his own firm, I knew I wanted to be part of this exciting new venture. LJU Law Firm has also welcomed other great and knowledgeable attorneys like Breanna Cowan.

In terms of my legal practice, I've worked on a wide range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home neglect, workplace accidents, dog bites,
